Welcome to Chillin’ Inc., where 40+ years of Texas BBQ tradition meets the beautiful mountains of Lake City, Colorado. Our retired firefighter owner brings authentic, slow-smoked BBQ with no shortcuts to every plate. Famous for our exceptional bacon (which can be added to anything!), we’ve simplified our approach to focus on what we do best.
Now open for breakfast and lunch (8AM – 4PM) Tuesday through Thursday and Saturday. Join us Friday evenings at 5:30PM for dinner and live music in our backyard from Mid-June through Mid-September – the perfect mountain evening under the stars!
Our menu features house-smoked BBQ specialties, fan-favorite sandwiches like our legendary BLT and veggie options for our plant-loving friends.
